We own a fully automated production line for silica-alumina gel adsorbents, covering six core units: raw material preparation, neutralization synthesis, washing & filtration, spray granulation, high-temperature calcination and finished product packaging. Adopting the DCS distributed control system, the production line enables precise whole-process control from raw material feeding to final products.
Widely applied in petrochemical catalyst supports, natural gas dehydration, air separation, industrial gas drying and other fields.
